How do I qualify for free shipping?

If you live in the United States and order $65, or more, product during one transaction, free shipping will automatically be applied. No action is necessary.

How do you fold the wipes back into their jars or onto the reusable roll?

Printed instructions are inside every jar, wrapped in the penultimate wipe. It will fall to the bottom of the jar when the last wipe is pulled. Alternatively, videos showing how to refold your wipes can be found on our video page or here.

Can I Choose my color scheme or fabrics for a special event?

Absolutely. Any orders over 20 identical items can be customized by fabric design or color scheme. After choosing the fabric(s), 50% payment will be due with the other 50% payable upon completion. Time frame will be discussed any agreed upon when the order is finalized and will depend upon number of items needed. Whether it is for your wedding favors, convention giveaways or any other special event, Whimsy Wipes can help you provide quality products for your valued guests.

What guarantees can I expect from your shipping?

Shipping within the U.S.

All items will be shipped out Priority Mail and will be tracked using USPS. Once marked delivered by the Post Office, the package becomes the property of the customer, and no refunds can be given for porch pirates or any other loss. The customer will be provided with the tracking information and can follow up with their local Post Office if desired. We recommend using drop boxes or other means of safe delivery, if doorstep theft is a concern.


Shipping Internationally

All items will be shipped out Priority Overseas Mail but all tracking ends at the U.S. Border. Unfortunately, no guarantee or tracking ability can be provided on parcels leaving the U.S. at this time. We have never experienced a problem with overseas shipping, to date, but should a problem arise, there are no safeguards in place within the prospective Post Offices.


What is your Return Policy?

Should there be any problem with your received product, you may contact us for resolution. All items returned in their unused, original state are eligible for full return of payment. Payment returns will be issued upon receipt of returned product and will be returned to the original payment gateway used during purchase. Special order items are not eligible for return.
